Our recruitment process is comprised of 5 phases:
Submissions from the candidates are screened based on the job requirements and criteria.
Candidates are tested through aptitude and technical tests in order to establish a picture of the abilities to deal with our business challenges.
The interview, the format for which varies according to the position, is an opportunity for the candidate to showcase to us how he or she is a good fit for the company.
This stage comprises of evaluating the candidates and which individuals best suit our company.
A background check is conducted upon the candidates sharing the requisite information. Once that is cleared, the hiring takes place.
