Returns within 7 days

Contact our team within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. All requests require staff approval. Please do not send an item back before receiving instructions.

For custom-made items, confirm return eligibility with sales before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs so our team can review it.

Refunds and collection

Our team will confirm eligibility, return arrangements, any applicable charges and the refund method after reviewing the request. Collection and refunds are not automatic.

Orders placed before this policy update retain the terms applicable at purchase. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.
