Register your mattress
For purchases covered by the warranty policy effective 1 September 2026, register using the mattress QR code within 30 days of purchase to receive the full applicable product warranty. Without registration within 30 days, the standard warranty is 12 months. The full warranty period depends on the model and its warranty card.
Make a warranty claim
Keep your invoice and warranty card. Submit photographs of both the mattress and its supporting frame. Claims are reviewed by our team under the applicable warranty terms; depreciation may apply.
