Size and thickness
Measure the inside length and width of your bed frame in inches. Match those measurements to the size selector, then choose thickness separately. Ask sales about custom sizes.
Payment and delivery
Pay by bank transfer or credit/debit card. No cash on delivery or mobile wallets. Standard orders: estimated 3–5 business days; custom/bulk: 7–10 business days for manufacturing and dispatch, subject to confirmation.

Warranty registration and claims
Register using your mattress QR code within 30 days for the full applicable product warranty; otherwise the standard warranty is 12 months under the policy effective 1 September 2026. Keep the invoice and warranty card. Claims require mattress and frame photographs and staff review.
